Distance Learning Reaches all Corners of the World
We have recently had somewhat of a flurry of registrations for our Distance Learning course, which seems to indicate that the message is getting out and that good feedback from students is helping to spread the word.
We now have students from 13 nationalities who are resident in 11 different countries. In fact, the only continent where we do not have a student is Antarctica, which is something that we are not too disappointed about. Recently registered students include people from the UK, Canada, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Thailand, Qatar and Australia.
From our chats with the new students it is apparent that the issues that give rise to claims and the problems in managing claims remain the same whatever the location, language or culture.
We hope that we will be able to continue to reach out and help more people in more locations. If you know anyone that you think may be interested, we would be grateful of you would pass on our details. Plus, if you are an existing distance learning student or a past intensive training delegate then we will reward a successful referral (that means that they person you referred signs up to the distance learning course!) with a complimentary copy of my new book, The FIDIC Contracts: Obligations of the Parties. I believe it’s a book worth having so go on, get referring!
