Claims Class Quarterly | Issue 2
We are pleased to release the second edition of the Claims Class Quarterly. It gives us great pleasure to release this newsletter and we have received great feedback on the content of our newsletters so far…
Some of you may be familiar with MailChimp, an online tool that enables you to manage contact lists and send communications. MailChimp also gives you reports on how well your communications perform and based on the first issue, we can see that most of you were interested in our Top Tips papers with 31% of you clicking through to read the full paper, followed by our recently launched Principles of Delay Analysis course. 24% were also interested in Andy’s Blog post on ‘First Impressions of a Contractor’s Claim’ followed by our Claims Class Case Studies. This insight gives us great insight into our readership’s interest and helps us to create content for the next issue. That said, here’s what’s in store for you with Issue 2…
This issue leads with an article by guest writer, John Papworth. John is a practising Dispute Board Chairman and Member, Adjudicator, Mediator and Chartered Arbitrator, who has experience gained over 44 years in the Middle East, Africa, India, South-East Asia, Europe and the Caribbean.
