Claims Class Launches New Course to Help You Understand Claims Under the FIDIC Forms of Contract
Feedback from our 2-Day Construction Claims Intensive Training Course consistently told us that you would like Claims Class to develop a course on the FIDIC contracts. So, that’s what we did.
This new 2-Day ‘Understanding Claims Under the FIDIC Contracts’ Intensive Training Course is designed to provide a thorough understanding of the requirements of the FIDIC contracts in relation to claims.
The course includes a detailed examination of FIDIC’s Red, Yellow, Silver and Gold forms of contract in relation to Employer’s claims, Contractor’s claims, notices, the submission of claim particulars and the Engineer’s responses and determinations.
We will explain in practical terms, what the various provisions of the contract mean, the obligations of the parties and what might happen in the case of failure to follow the contract requirements. The course will be presented so that those representing both Contractor’s and Engineers will become aware of FIDIC’s requirements with regard to claims.
Of special interest to those who are resident in GCC countries, we are offering a special introductory course during January in Dubai, where the course fee will be 50% of the normal price. This will enable us to give the new course a ‘trial run’, to allow us to refine the course time schedule, ensure that the content covers everything that the delegates wish and dot all the ‘i’s and cross all the ‘t’s before we start to present to a wider audience later in the year.
Don’t think that this means that the course will not be complete or the content won’t be of the highest quality, it absolutely will. It just means we have the flexibility to refine those smaller details that we are so keen to get right for every course that we run.
If you are interested in this one-time opportunity, please visit the course information page for further details and to register.
