PAUL GIBBONS
QUANTUM AND DELAY ANALYSIS SPECIALIST
Paul’s core expertise is in dealing with quantum related matters. Working alongside Keith Pickavance during the late 1990s, however, he went on to develop an interest in delay analysis and developed expertise in this complicated area of construction management.
Paul holds fellowships with the RICS, CIOB, CICES and ICCP. He is also a Member of the CIArb and The Academy of Experts.

During his career, Paul has delivered in-house and external training sessions to clients on programming, delay and quantum related issues. He also gives his time to UCLAN university, providing in-house lectured to final year students on their BSc (Hons) construction courses on claims, programme and commercial related matters.
