Claims Class courses are endorsed by the following professional organisations.
The Institute of Construction Claims Practitioners (ICCP) is the only institute that specifically recognises those professionals who specialise in construction claims.
Many professionals with backgrounds in engineering, quantity surveying, project management and other professions within the industry have gained sufficient knowledge and experience to manage, prepare or respond to claims. Many have also become specialists within this sub-profession of the industry to an extent that they are employed as specialist claims consultants. Such people deserve recognition within the industry and the institute awards membership at Associate, Member and Fellow levels based on qualifications, expertise and experience.
The objectives of the ICCP are to establish international professional standards for the management of claims, to give recognition to those who have gained appropriate knowledge and experience in the management of claims and to help and educate those who wish to gain experience in the management of claims.
The ICCP and Claims Class both recognise the importance of skilled construction claims practitioners and therefore, a natural alliance was created where the ICCP endorses both the Claims Class Construction Claims Intensive Training Course and the Construction Claims Distance Learning Course.
We also have a relationship with the ICCP whereby:
- All Distance Learning students automatically qualify* for Associate membership with the ICCP.
- All those who attended our Construction Claims Intensive Training Course and completed an additional course assignment, and passed, automatically qualify* for Associate membership with the ICCP.
As well as receiving all the benefits of joining the ICCP, those falling into these categories will have access to the ICCP Knowledge Centre thus gaining the opportunity to broaden their learning experience.
*ICCP application and annual membership fees apply.
