Anthony Hayes has over 15 years' experience in planning and delay, gained primarily by leading planning and project controls teams on large-scale construction projects in the UK, Europe, and North America.
Anthony has held senior planning and project controls manager roles for main contractors and consultancies.
He is skilled in claims and disputes and regularly provides expert evidence as a party-appointed delay expert. In addition to dispute work, Anthony continues to support live projects via planning, programming and advisory services.
Anthony is a chartered member of CIOB, a fellow of the CIArb, and is a regular contributor to industry publications on the topics of concurrent delay and time-related contract issues:
